NEW: Axe Investments NV purchased a 20.9% participation in Egemin International NV (Zwijndrecht) from Sofinim NV (Ackermans & van Haaren NV). Egemin supplies advanced automation solutions that provide added value to industrial companies' logistics and production processes. The company employs 620 people in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, the USA, Switzerland, and, most recently, China.
