ADM offers professionals from the ICT sector a network of peers with whom they can exchange views, experiences and knowledge about ICT and its application in business. Its mission statement being "Where business and ICT meet", ADM wants to facilitate knowledge exchange by encouraging people from both business and ICT to actively participate in its network and activities.

Established in 1998, by 9 organisations, ADM now has over 150 members.
