Being a specialised business centre, it provides young designer talent with workshops where they can realise their architectural creations, graphic designs or multimedia projects.

In the exhibition area, conferences and small fairs can be organised. Designer's shops and a so-called service zone around the design centre provide the tenants with all facilities enabling easy and professional functioning.

The designers' shop and the lunch room on the ground floor are open to all.
